Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball represents the University of Nebraska in te field of women's Volleyball in college championhips. Established in the year 1975 the team has ruled the game of volleyball ever since. The Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball is one of the top volleyball programs across the nation.
As a Women's Volleyball team Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball team has won three national titles in the years 1995, 2000 and 2006.

in the year 1995 the team defeated the Texas Longhorns in 3 games to 1 in the national championship game and won the championship with a record of 32-1. in the year 2000 Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball took part in their second national championship and completed the season with a 34-0 win and defeated the Wisconsin Badgers in 3 games to 2. The third championship title of Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball came in the year 2006 when they defeated Stanford cardinal in 4 sets. They won this championship with a record of 33-1.
Volleyball is a popular entertaining sports of Nebraska Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball team always gets full support from the spectators who regualarly follow the games and cheer their team. In the year 2005 13252 tuickets were sold for th NCAA regional games which marks a record sales in the history of NCAA. Howevrer the record sales was surassed in the year 2006 when Nebraska Cornhuskers Women’s Volleyball team played against the Stanford in the national championship game.
